Must Haves

• 2+ years of graphic design production experience
• Ability to storyboard and edit a simple video
• Expert level Photoshop skills
• Intermediate Premiere & After Effects skills
• Fluent in English (not just passing)
• Currently based in the Philippines
• Professional work station with webcam and headphones
• Fast/stable internet (40mpbs+)

Nice to Haves

• Direct experience in eCommerce media production
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

Responsibilities

• Create ecommerce visual assets (images, A+ content, videos) for Amazon listing pages, posts, and brand stores and submit for art lead review
• Optimize listing designs to maximize conversions and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies
• Ensure visual assets adhere to established brand style guide
• Contribute to continuous innovation of asset designs based on industry trends and evolving marketplace needs

Expectations

• 40hrs/wk M-F
• Flex time with 4 hours EST overlap for meetings
• Night shift for first 4 week training

Compensation

• $900-1,400 per month
