• Sells across multiple platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc)
• In business since 2019
• Growing team of 4 virtual assistants and several warehouse contractors
• Company culture values independence, attention to detail, and results

Must Haves

• 1Y+ of direct experience working as a VA bookkeeper
• Proficient with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with eCommerce accounting
• Understanding of US GAAP rules
• Fluent in English (not A1/A2)
• Currently based in the Philippines
• Professional work station with webcam, headphones, backup power
• Fast/stable internet (40mbps+)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
• Lookback categorization for tax preparation
• Categorize and classify business expenses and income
• Perform weekly/bi-weekly account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and P&L statements
• Manage inventory cost tracking

Expectations

• 40hrs/wk flex hours
• Ready for a multi-year opportunity
• Able to be coached
• Exclusive commitment to one client (No freelance, multiple clients, or shared deals)
