Candidate Qualifications
5+ years of visual media production experience
Strong ability to develop and maintain a consistent visual style
Ability to lead a small team of artists and delegate work appropriately
Ability to storyboard and edit a simple video
Expert level Adobe Photoshop skills
Intermediate Adobe Premiere or After Effects skills
Candidate Nice to Haves
2+ years experience in Ecommerce media production
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles
Project Management experience
Candidate Responsibilities
Supervise and assist in creation of visual assets (images, A+ content, videos) for Amazon listing pages, posts, and brand stores, including direct work and delegating to junior artists or contractors with final review
Optimize listing designs to maximize conversions and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies
Ensure visual assets adhere to established brand style guides
Develop branding style guides for Brand Partners that are unable to provide them
Continuously innovate asset designs based on industry trends and evolving marketplace needs
Coordinate closely with in house Brand Managers to set production schedules and ensure on time delivery
Development of in-house marketing materials in partnership with Sales team
Assist in the development of workflows and pipelines to streamline production
Lead weekly Media Team meeting to drive process improvement

Fluent in English (not just passing)
